Onsite Support - Hourly Rate
Arcvise UniFi Services provides professional product advice and support to our customers. This includes assistance in choosing the right equipment and functionalities, as well as support for any defects or issues with the delivered devices. In addition to these services, we offer project support, such as configuring equipment on-site, reviewing existing network environments, and assisting customers in identifying and resolving network problems.
In addition to the hourly rate, travel costs are also charged. These amount to €0.65 (excluding per kilometer, measured from our location to the client and back, calculated via Google Maps). These costs are in addition to the hourly rate. Services are provided by appointment and based on availability.
